1 Brie wheel
1 large clove of garlic
Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
Pre-heat barbecue to 300 F and set for indirect cooking.
Mince garlic with a press, or chop fine.
Score the top of the Brie wheel with a fork.
Spread garlic and seasoning over the top of the cheese, rub in.
Put cheese in tinfoil, leaving top open.
Place tinfoil in a barbecue-safe dish, still inside the foil.
Place on barbecue and take it off after 20-30 minutes, or until it’s nice and gooey.
Dip your favourite bread in the yummy mess and enjoy.
